That means that the game does not have a name for the chef class stored in its english file for the names of things in the game (or French or spanish or whatever language you are using.) In order to fix this issue you can do one of two things (that I know of,) both of which involve messing with some game files.
Lets say that you have a modded character called the Chef, but when you load into the game the name is replaced with "" instead. You can fix it yourself but it can be kind of annoying, so im going to give you an example.
